ASSISTANT’S LOG: Operation::’Overturd’ (Day 3: The final day of the operation.)

Hour 14

The subject has just entered his mid-day NAP, but I’m not sure how much time I will have here, so let me be quick.

I awoke after the sun was in the sky and I could hear the subject ‘conversing’ with his bunk in his cell over the security monitors. I released him from his cell. The subject and everything in his bunk was moist. I quickly removed all coverings from him and placed him on the disposal unit. He excreted a fair volume of additional liquid and celebrations ensued.

Morning rations were devoured with great spirit as we, together watched the fantasy/fortune net.

I was to stick to the schedule defined by the doctor to place the subject onto the disposal unit at the top and bottom of every hour, which was producing no positive results. I must admit that I was not monitoring the subject or confining his roaming area which in hindsight was an error on my part. As I was in the galley preparing additional rations, the subject started wailing and walking towards me, with round hard spheres, about 2 cm wide. I wasn’t sure what it was until I saw Churchill eating up the trail of spheres like ET following Reese’s Candies. I grabbed the subject and placed him on the disposal unit, but the action was already complete. The subject seemed unhappy as was I. Churchill on the other hand seemed quite pleased with himself.

We all went out for the morning security patrol with nothing to report. Upon return I know that it was imperative that get the subject to the disposal, but I stopped to grab a beverage in the galley, but when I turned around, the subject had already released his liquid payload into his thin cotton covering. I feel very much that this was more of my failing that his. I day was setting a standard that is below expectations and more and more excretions were not ending up in the approved disposal unit.

I redoubled my efforts and attention to not let the subject out of my full attention. There was not movement on any fronts for the next few cycles, and I know that this subject was reaching the limit of his internal containment capabilities. I was very focused on him, and actually carried him from room to room as to not let him out of my sight. during one of these transport to the disposal unit, the subject prematurely eliminated his liquid excretion while I was carrying it. I am pretty sure this was a direct challenge to my authority.

I cleaned us both up and placed him in his cell for a Non-Animation Period.

The Good news is that the doctor is traveling back today, and we will evaluate my reports and progress.

It will be a difficult choice between an operational reset to resume at a later date or to mandate a prolonged operation to ensure that the subject to be forced into compliance of the new waste disposal protocols.

Full report to filed later tonight.
